Tested some 41mag loads today out of a S&W 657 no dash.
7.5gr of Win 231 under 170gr jacketed hollow points, And then 7.5gr of win 231 under 210gr jacketed hollow points.
The recoil is mild. Very pleasant to shoot on both weights of bullets.. Accuracy is decent. Probably could be better if I did my part better. I should have tried it from a bag and I wish I had a chrono to see what kind of velocity I’m actually getting.

I think this load will work well enough for me for now. Im not interested in full power magnum loads.
