They both had a choice. To follow the constitution that they swore to uphold. If they weren’t up to doing that they shouldn’t have swore the oath. Trump had bumpstocks illegally banned setting a terrible precedent. It really isn’t about the BS’s themselves. It’s about how they were banned. The ATF can literally create law to which they have zero authority to do. I have heard so many say “who cares about bumpstocks being banned”. Those folks really need to research the true implications of that ruling.
