Shoots fine, and headspace is good or imbel receiver, wanting to trade for ak variants or a better 1911, not interested in Pilipino 1911s or cheap ones or any ras47/vska. The right deal or for a good colt 1911 I will let this go with a 400 rd ammo can of 308 and 5 mags with it, I am in edmond area. 405-600-5993. I believe the R1A1s are metric

That rifle is built on an inch pattern kit also known as the L1A1 , I owned two of those R1A1 sporters with one using metric mags and the other having been cut in the magwell to accept the inch pattern mags .

They did something similar for the earlier L1A1 sporters which were built on Argy FMAP made receivers
