We need to jump on board with this, like other states are doing.
Even if you can't make it to the rally, we need to flood Treat's phone lines.

This is a great idea. My only concern with it is that even if it passes the states won’t actually follow it. Kansas has a law that allows someone to posses NFA items without registering them with the feds. A couple of guys got popped and the state didn’t do squat. And do these states that the passing these bills actually nullify ALL federal gun laws? If they don’t then they aren’t following the constitution. But I will agree that the states are gonna have to start telling the feds to kiss their rears. Picture how amazing it would be to not have any gun laws.

I fear that this may end up being the case. All the feds have to do is cut funding, but maybe if enough states held out together it would go in our favor?

He a Rino
Winner winner chicken dinner. He along with District 21 Senator Tom Duggar are
major Rinos. Even representative John Talley, district 33, supports this and he's
an NRA F- rated RINO himself. It's time to clean both the house and senate. IMHO

That is exactly how we defeat the feds. The more states to band together the more power we have. Mississippi had a bill for most of the southern states to form a 2A compact between the states. It was a fantastic idea but never materialized. I contacted our reps in the state and even Stitt and got a response saying they were monitoring it. If the states are really serious this is the way to go. That way we are all part of the same thing. Well we are because for the constitution but you know how much that is hated today.
