Funny that Mike Barnacle from MSNBC was saying the other day that gun owners have no Second Amendment rights to stand on, but now he is pizzing and moaning about how, "The government is out of control!" and is violating the First Amendment rights of journalist and such. Karma's a .
One of the side effects of all this, is the fact that a large number of reporters are afraid now of doing investigative reporting (those few who still do it, that is) in fear that they'll be arrested by Obama's administration.

As expected, Hussein Obama claims they have nothing to worry about...that he respects the first amendment...they're only concerned withthose who are placing Americans at risk, with Eric Holder deciding what is putting us at risk.
I guess the media now has an idea of what it's like for gun owners, and an administration who decides what the laws are.
Interestingly, one of Gibson's leading competitors is C.F. Martin & Co. According to C.F. Martin's catalog, several of their guitars contain "East Indian Rosewood," which is the exact same wood in at least 10 of Gibson's guitars. So why were they not also raided and their inventory of foreign wood seized?
Grossly underreported at the time was the fact that Gibson's chief executive, Henry Juszkiewicz, contributed to Republican politicians. Recent donations have included $2,000 to Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., and $1,500 to Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn.
By contrast, Chris Martin IV, the Martin & Co. CEO, is a long-time Democratic supporter, with $35,400 in contributions to Democratic candidates and the Democratic National Committee over the past couple of election cycles.
