Refinish a Colt?

I got a 3rd gen Detective Special and I'm loving it. Unfortunately the previous owner didn't take good care of it and there are a few rust spots on it. Where is a good place in Tulsa to get it refinished?

Franson firearms but I dont know if he's still up and running. I know he was talking about moving his business to OKC, then he fell ill, so I dont know if that business is still around. I thought I heard his location would still be a firearms business, just under new management.
