Grainger has a ton of do-it-yourself workbench configurations; just order the size, style, top, etc that you want.

Yep. I know two reloaders that live in apartments, and this bench is what they use.
The drawers are especially handy. Look at the weight of the bench. It's not built lightweight

You are making it overly complicated. I use a sink cutout from a counter top with folding legs attached to it. hell the press is just mounted to a 2x4 that is clamped on said table.
