Anybody have a powder measure stand they want to part with?

If you have a treadmill, you might be able to use a PVC pipe w/caps as a tumbler on it. An old inner tube can be sliced to make traction rings for it if needed.

That idea is actually from another gun forum several years ago. I never tried it.
