Remington 700 date help

Can someone help me date this rifle? Remington 700 appears to have 9pp on the barrel

If I remember right looking at my cheatsheet, it's the middle two letters that matter, which would be June of 1995.

P being June in the first, then P being 1995 in the second.

ETA: or 67. As mentioned.. They roll over, cause Remington does things like morons.

no prefix and if that's the whole serial number, it a fairly early one. Does it have a clip slot cut out?
