remington 700 magazine/feeding issues

Ok everybody im having a problem with my 700 not wanting to feed right and the follower wont track properly. Anybody have aome tips to alleviate that? It also acts like its full after I load 3 rounds in it.

Is it an ADL or BDL style mag?
Have you had the stock off lately?
It could be the mag box is not seated in place.
The mag spring may not be seated in the follower or floorplate correctly.
Debris in mag.
