Rifle Range in the Durant area

I am trying to find shooting ranges that are as close as possible to Durant. Looking to shoot rifle out to 300yd, pistol and trap. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think you're going to find anything in that neck of the woods. I'm from atoka, and I always used the police ranges (durant, atoka, and stringtown). You'll most likely have to find a nice long field.

Also wanting to find a nice range anywhere around the Kingston/Durant area for when I head to the lake. Police range in Durant open? Or could anybody get us in?

Anywhere between west Ardmore-East Durant would be great for us weekend shooters...

You kinda have to know someone on the force to get onto the police ranges, with the exception of stringtown. Everyone pretty much just uses that one without asking. But it's not really that nice of a range. I can check with some of my friends down there this weekend and post whether or not they know of any public ranges.

Might look into the legality of just going to Sherman, I think there's one there.
