When I was young and dumberer I took a pistol to his work shop/ back room. The pistol would jam occasionally when I took it to him after he worked on it it jammed continually and then was mad when I would not pay him his 250 for parts and time.

I kind of want to buy one of their guns just to see how much they will respect that "fix it no matter what" warranty. "I ran over it with a 10K...er...dropped it from my treestand."

Nikon has that warranty on their binoculars.
I dropped mine from a deer stand a couple of years ago, and they broke in half.
I told them the truth, and they charged me $10. Sent a form where a human actually refocused them and gave the details.
