You mean the guy who successfully engineered every successful election Dubya ran, including two terms in the White House, even when his elections were surrounded by everything the left could throw at him? You mean that guy?

In political terms that is ancient history. His opinion is no more valid or infallible than Dick Morris' opinion. If anything, Morris did more working with less.
