Maybe Ruger and Franklin can turn Marlin and Bushmaster back into good manufacturers

Not sure what Vista is, who got Rem Ammo.

Is Remington Arms, staying Remingtopn?
Vista outdoors owns CCI, Federal and a lot of other stuff. So hopefully they keep making quality Remington Ammo like their Shotgun shells.

I hope Sierra keeps Barnes in business. Barnes sells lots of very similiar bullets to Sierra at much cheaper prices. Hopefully they don't jack up their prices or just close them down all together

Barnes is my go to bullet for elk and long ranges at deer. Very accurate and lethal in my rifles with my loads.

Barnes TTSX is my go to bullet for elk and long ranges at deer. Very accurate and lethal in my rifles with my loads. They are more expensive than Sierra bullets at the same weight unless Sierra has started producing copper bullets? I haven't checked their product line in awhile.

FYI for those that aren’t old enough to remember or have forgotten(oldtimers disease :wink2:):

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruger_Model_96
Ruger Model 96 Lever action
Variants
96/17 (.17 HMR)
96/22 (.22 LR)
96/22M (.22 WMR)
96/44 (.44 Mag)
I knew Ruger had made levers in the past. I have been casually searching for some time, trying to acquire one in 44 Mag.

The timing has never yet been right. Money and opportunity have not yet meshed.
