I would love a single ten and single nine. But the heritage rough riders are cheaper.

I have to stop myself Everytime I see 1 of those 16" monsters, would never carry it and I don't like safe queens, but I do want 1.

If it wasn't for the fact that I was a gun show in Texas, I would have bought one last weekend. It was the first time I had actually seen one in person. It just reaffirmed my belief that I REALLY need one of these stupid things. :-)

Back to the original topic.

One of my range buddies bought a black Wrangler,,,
I've fired many a round through his gun.

It's an adequate plinker,,,
But not a precision target shooter.

If you want a gun just to pop tin cans with,,,
The Wrangler, with it's old west "gutter" sights will do just fine.

If you want a gun to shoot tight target groups,,,
The Single Six with it's adjustable target sights is the one you want.

There's a reason the Single Six costs a lot more,,,
It's a target revolver disguised as a cowboy six shooter.

The Wrangler is exactly what it claims to be,,,
Just a decent Cowboy six-shooter.

In short the Single-Six will do anything the Wrangler can,,,
Better than the Wrangler can.

IMHO you have described it correctly.

To the OP: No experience with a Wrangler but my Single Six is over 4 decades old. Worth more now than when I bought it (even accounting for inflation) and shoots as good as it did the day I brought it home.
