I wish my 5 acres was smack in the middle of Tokyo. I'd sell it in a heartbeat and never work again.
Children will be forced to play in the shadows...? Maybe that's what is wrong with me, as a child I sometimes would play in the shadow of an oak tree tot get out of the heat. You never know...
Ahem. Xir environment. The owner should hire me to do the shadow study. Using advanced fung-shui principles, I feel sure that a copacetic solution can be found which will enhance the unique blend of cultures of all the children. The alternation of light and dark should facilitate harmonious interactions between each individual and their environment.
I have trees that do that for me. My utility bill loves the shade. I'm normal..........We laugh, but shadow zoning is how we ended up with the iconic NYC skyline in lieu of just a ton of really tall square rowbrick buildings. Obviously, San Fran is trying to keep this dude down, but any one of yall would rage on this forum if a neighbor put up a big ass building and blocked you off from a little sun.
