I think it makes most of them an sbr. Certain Inglis Hi Powers with the right criteria are grandfathered in without being an SBR, but the rest become NFA items.

I had Canadia HI POWER WITH # SHOLDER STOCK. Gave it to my gun loving grand son. I have nice broom handle & stock. These & Artillery LUGERS were on the list. Thanks for reply.

The old ones came with a 16 inch barrel.
Without the barrel you need to register as a sbr

I've also seen where it comes with a 16" barrel so you don't have to go through the SBR hurdle.

Sold one of those stock and mainspring housing at the gun show last spring for 50 bucks. Had the barrel but no idea what happened to it.
