All the work iv seen Don do has been excellent. I was in the shop yesterday and they refinishing a python for a guy who only wants gun in above museum quality. If anyone can do it, Franson can.

You said it brother, Don is a great guy to deal with. He and his wife make you feel welcome when you walk in and it's just a great gun shop experience(unlike some of the others I've been to). Not to mention as you said whatever Don works on comes out fantastic. I have been telling everyone to go to Franson Firearms for those reasons.

Some of the early dracos that came in had under folder rear trunions. All you had to do was dremil it out and it was ready for the stock n parts.

Nice rifle! How you liking the rommy dong grip? They wernt for me. Definitley takes a little practice changing out mags
