I'd be uneasy about OCing then deploying the Taser though. Don't really want to light someone on fire. I know some OC is "non flamible", but stil...

OCPD has done flammability testing with regards to OC/Taser. Their issue OC uses a water-based propellant.

Agreed, but if the first does not work, I would try the next option available.

Well, they had probable cause to arrest him for something. Then he resisted arrest, got OCd Tased and died. His neighbor said he thought the subject had a health condition. Perhaps you should "allegedly" hit your wife and 'resist' the police if you have health problems.
