Must go thru a ffl dealer in his state. Provided those models are legal in his new home state. He needs to find a dealer that will accept shipments from an individual otherwise you will have to get a dealer here to do the shipping.

If his local dealer will accept the guns from you then just be sure to include a copy of yor driver's license in the shipment. If they're long guns then UPS is probably your cheapest route. If they're handguns then USPS priority flat rate insured.

You can't ship handguns through USPS unless you are a dealer.

It's also CHEAPER to ship LONG GUNS through USPS than UPS.

FedEx and UPS will not ship a handgun from an individual via any service other than overnight. I shipped one to para ordnance one time for repair. $65. You cannot ship handguns via USPS as an individual.
