California’s big city’s are a perfect example of decline. It is a repeat of what happened to the country of South Africa. This is what Democrats, socialists cause. This state is being run into the ground with their laws causing this. Theft under 950 a misdemeanor not worth prosecuting. The stores have over $1000 a day stolen. People trying to shame them for closing up shop and not providing a place to rob. There is some mental issues over there.
