Be honest, you were really nervous right before you pulled the trigger the first time, weren’t you?
I really thought it was going to be worse than it was. Shoulder is a little tinder today though. More than anything I was worried it wouldn't even go off after all the difficulties I've heard people having trying to get the paper cartridges to go off consistently. Surprisingly though I never had 1 problem with ignition.

Keeeripes! Lookit the ceiling tiles! That really makes me wonder about how many people that carry guns in public cannot shoot and have really bad gun handling skills. Now I'm more scared of them than I am any bad guy.

Yeah, I'm a member there and they don't allow birdshot to be used. I think some are using it anyway, the rest are from machine gun rentals and poor handling. I've seen some pretty scary stuff there before.

About 20 years ago my dad had the infantry modern and it was a fun gun to shoot. I kinda wish I would had tried to get it off him but alas he traded for Spencer. Anyway, at first the ignition was a problem until he used a thinner paper but it doesn’t sound like your having any problem with it.
