1959 Colt Trooper MkIII 8 3/8" barrel, I am not in love with the long barrel. I really want a 4 5/8-5.5 stainless Single Six convertible in 22lr/mag. It is easily the most accurate revolver I have ever touched and I am sure I would kick myself later. It is fair condition with quite a bit of holster wear (would be willing to bet that it got carried around to kill coons in a leather holster) has a 1.5-2 lb trigger.

I put it in the classifieds once but I took it off after a day or so because I chickened out. :cry3:

So my question is should I sell or trade it off to get a SS conv.?

Ahhh it has a Y prefix on the serial, so it is likely an early 80's pistol

I guess my next question is what would it be worth in its current condition? I would rate it at 85%
