Should we involve ourselves again in Iraq? Boots on ground? Send some troops? Just air support? Drones?

The Iraqi's negotiated a status of forces agreement clause with us for months, in which we pleaded with them to allow us to maintain a residual force of about 10,000 on a few bases. They emphatically refused and insisted that we leave. Now they want us back. There is more to this, like Milaki going back and reneging on all of Patreus' deals with the Sunnis, but the gist is, they told us they did not want us to stay.
