Silver coin market

Is anyone buying 90% and 40% silver coins? I had an opportunity to trade for some but this is really not something I know about.

What is the going rate now? A little info would be appreciated. Thanks, Joe

Looks like silver is at around 34 dollars per ounce. A silver dollar has .77344 oz of silver in it. So it has about 26 dollars woth of silver in it.
That is just the scrap value for common silver coins.
