Small Concrete Job

I’m having a heck of a time finding anyone in Comanche County that will pour a pad for a 250 gallon propane tank. Any of ya’ll know anyone that would do the work?

4”Flat block with concrete block on top, then a short piece of 2x4. Under all 4 legs.

If it is like here the minimum order for concrete is 3 yards even if you order less you still pay for 3 plus delivery fee and other add on fees and the last i checked around here it was $175 + a yd

As little as you need to pour, this is probably the best way to do it. A few bags of Quickrete and an electric mixer will get the job done in no time.

I've seen several guys on IG that do and test dry-pour concrete slabs for small things like youre wanting to do. Done right, a dry-pour will work for your needs. If you are on IG, do a search for "dry pour concrete" and you will find tons of posts.

Would a rental concrete mixer with a gas engine and quick crete be the best route? Cheaper than buying new to rent for the day.
Forms are easy to set up, it doesn't need "finished" just made level with a broom finish or boarded off. Throw in some scrap wire, pipe or some rebar and it's a done job.
