I have played with one. The Trackingpoint unit was installed on a Surgeon Rifle made in Prague Oklahoma. There is a long wait to get a unit, you prob need 20K to get in right now. Also if the unit is not working correctly Trackingpoint sends a guy to you. Does not seem to have any real practical value in the civilian world to me, just a cool toy if you have $$$ to burn.
