N frame model 29-2
The guy I received it from said his uncle bought it new in 1976 and only shot it once. He inherited it once his uncle died. He said it was appraised a few years ago for $3000. I had a local model 29 collector look at it and he valued it at $3000. He said it is 98% perfect. He thought it was shot twice (once at the factory and one other time).
The display case does need 1 hinge replaced. Message with any questions. Thank you

I think his name is Evan. He works at the Pawn Shop here in Noble (The Noble Pawnbroker Inc).

But it looks more like stainless steel than blued steel.

Could it be a 629-2?
