I have a round gable vent that wooden. About 1' diameter, i'd sure like to replace it with copper.

Hey, Prophet. That is some serious talent. Previous to finding this thread, the only talent that I had seen you do was eating at that BBQ place in Yukon when BB, GC, Yourself, and my wife and I shared a meal. We have friends in Elk City that sell RV's and usually get name signs made for their customers. I'll have to point you out to them in case their current "manufacturer" becomes unworkable to them.
