Someone better than wally world on ammo?

Well I was shocked today went to Academy today to look at .357 and 38spl ammo. I knew Walmart had 100rnds for a little over $44 for 125gr SJHP (Remington I think. ) . At Academy I found Monarch ammo in 357 for $19.95 for 50rnds of 158gr SJHP . Granted it was only about $4 cheaper but in my book $4 per 100 ads up. Any thoughts on Monarch ?

It's a little smoky and dirty but not too bad. Accurate and reliable enough for me, I like it.

No complaints on Prvi, which is what Monarch is. I shoot it in all my handguns (.380, .45, .38, .357). I like it as well as the Walmart Federal stuff.

I have shot tons of monarch 9mm and been very happy with it, steel case and brass.

never had a problem with any monarch ammo. If its steel cased 7.62x39 then its just brown bear in another box

Never had any problems with Monarch in 45 or 9mm. I was tempted to pick up some of their 7.62x54r but at $10 for 20rnds I thought about just saving up for a spam can of 440.
