Not just gun makers, they are going after FFL's as well. Death by 1,000 cuts.
I checked California laws and all background checks are run through the California Department of Justice. Since they give approval to the FFLs to execute the transfers, shouldn't they be as liable for any misuse of said firearms, if not more so? Biden is wrong. It's not the firearms industry that is immune from liability suits--it's the various governments of the US.

When the Dems push Uncle Joe out in a few months, and The Ho ascends, a new Veep will need to be appointed and confirmed.
This will happen before the current Congress is out in January, because a R controlled Senate won't confirm Newsom as Veep.
No way will Dems allow The Ho to run in 24. That would guarantee a Trump win. They will probably demand her resignation prior to that.
It'll be Newsom/Obama (Michelle) on the ticket.
