Circle D pawn in Moore doesn't do transfers. They stopped a few years ago.Think that pawn shop on 4th Street will do them but I bet it's $25 or more. Think H&H charges a $100!

Just conjecture. They still might.What makes us think that Sooner will no longer do transfers for $10 after they receive their new license?
