Spanish Ruby firing pin Fabrication

Got a broken rear firing pin(the rod stock portion with the notch) This is the 2 piece similar to the Colt 1903 setup.
Question is has any on here made a new one? I found a drawn up one with the measurements online and the guy went with a 1 piece and had good results just wanting to see if anyone on here has done this and wanted to compare what I found online.

I've made a few of them similar to that but the milled notch for the pin needs radiused or filleted in corners or it'll start cracking and break again over time.
