My optic mount is screwed lol

Did a trade for a nice p365xl and previous owner forgot to mention the optic mounting holes are toast. I tried to tap one and broke the tap smooth off. What are my options ya think? Would it be cost prohibitive to fix or possibly easy fix? The tap broke flush with the mount hole

Not yet. I pm’d spd about it. No I traded for it with a guy on Armslist.

I've had great luck with a cheap electric vibrating engraver with a tungsten rod and/or cobalt rod in it to break the tap into chunks and just keep picking and blowing them out. An EDM is the best way but is expensive.
