Guarantee it won’t pass even if it does come up for a vote. Too many RHINOS in the government. They don’t vote based upon what their constituents want rather what their donors want. If a bill is not scheduled for a vote, it is essentially shelved until such time as they decide to schedule it.
It's like when a college football team suspends a player indefinitely, he is gonna sit tell Coach tells him to come back. Not dead or near dead.

Congress is so dysfunctional right now, I highly doubt it will make it on the schedule any time soon....which is an unspecified period of time, which is indefinitely.
