H&H has the Speer#14 loading manual on sale for $14.95. Regular price is $34.95. They had about a truck load of them too.

I picked one up on Saturday. Too good of a deal to pass up. I forgot to post up, sorry guys.

They've got some RCBS 223 dies cheap too. They had a whole boat load of them too. Small base and full length sets.

I picked one up today. There are at least 60 more out on display. This is the #14 manual which is the current one shown on Speer's website. According to the guy behind the counter, they finally got all of their (unintended) back orders filled.

They still have the RCBS .223 dies on sale also I think $25 and $35.
