Springfield double stack 1911-a1 value

I have a guy wanting to sell a double stack Springfield 1911 GI in fair condition. It has some blueing wear and a small scratch or two. It comes with one mag. I can't find a good value estimation for this gun, but would like to make a fair deal.

I had only seen one before but after I googled it I found the link below. I thought they were more rare.
