Seems good to me. Anything that expands or protects innocent citizens and reduces protection of criminals is better than alot of the "named for someone" bills.
Sounds to me that some here have convicted Terrill before he has been found guilty. Much as some have found Erland not guilty before his trial.
Ersland is in fact not guilty before his trial.

Ususally these named bills are just reactive and political in nature and tailor-made to fit a particualar scenario, not establish a sound, well thought-out law.
We already have self-defense laws on the books that allow people to justifiably protect themselves and others.
