Stand Your Ground Study Results - Higher Homicide Rates

Did anyone actually read the study? This is blowing my mind, the homocide rate is at it's LOWEST, and yet they are using a one-year-spike as some kind of data ... the spike that happened before the passing of the law, not after - note that the "red line" is at 2005 NOT 2006 (the law inactment date).

I love data crunching - but this is a fine form of douchery right there.

I believe that you are misreading the graph.

How am I misreading the graph? They didn't revoke the law in 2008, and yet the rate dropped, even below the median...
