less than a month and i get my sig p229. Ill be using it for CC also.
Of those two, the P226 hands down - more capacity, and the Sigs are good to go for +P+ ammo should you want a hotter round. I would not look at either size for CCW though - a smaller gun (P228 / P229 / P6) would be much easier to conceal. If size of the handgun is not an issue, then again, I would pick up a P226 (and while you're at it... some 20rd Mec Gar mags).
Good info on the various 9mm Cartridges (with the Ranger +P+ 127gr round, you're looking at a heavier bullet at around only 200fps less than the 125gr .357 Sig round).
