I've been in states where those things are street legal. As far as I'm concerned, they are a hassle.

Nope just renewed last year and there not available in my area and have to make a appointment 3 months in advance before going and if they cant see you for some reason have to make another appointment 3 months from that date. I could care less whether i have the new one or not not going to be going anyplace that i would need it.
