Had several pairs of cheap clippers that always broke, or didn't work well. Finally sprung for the Oster classic 76, 10 years old, still going strong.

FWIW, most decent clippers have a set-screw on the side to fine-tune the vibration stroke. In my experience, you want it quiet as possible.

Yep... turn on, add a drop of oil to the blades, then back off that screw till she starts screaming, then tighten just enough to go quiet. Perfect cut everytime.


Also, that dudes bowl cut videos are like watching Bob Ross paint. Super chill.
