The problem last year was getting hot early and fizzling out late(which is the opposite of the year before - the SB win). They seem to be on a better pace this year, but yes....they playoffs will tell us a lot. If they would get a friggin running back that can stay healthy and run the ball, they would be a much tougher team(1990 was the last year they drafted a RB in the first round, and they are all about drafting their players). Personally, I think the Bears are overrated(even though they are in the top 5 in the NFC - along with the Packers), which technically makes the NFC North the strongest Division in the NFC. Up until a few weeks ago they were the only division with all teams having a .500 record or better(Lions went ahead and changed that - lol).

On a side note, I would love to see the colts win it this year as well- I put $10 on them at the beginning of the season at 150:1 odds($1500 payout). They actually surprised me this year too(currently projected as the 5th seed - but there are plenty of teams 1-2 games back that could sneak in)

Im a Steelers AND Ravens fan (love defensive teams) but I dont think either one of them will make it to the big game sadly.

The AFC is stacked and 5 of the 6 seeds would put up a good fight in the bowl game, I dont think the Colts are ready though. Luck is good and he solved a lot of problems but they need a few more pieces before they can win it all.

NFC, I wouldnt mind seeing the 49ers play in it and besides most people have been waiting for their year to come anyway. Falcons are a complete team but I dont find them exciting to watch for some reason.

Pick: Falcons vs ???

Colts and Packers.

The Colts are NOT making it to the Super Bowl thats for sure. Here is a good link from nfl.com http://www.nfl.com/playoffs/playoff-picture, if you mouse over a team and click it it will show you what needs to happen for them to clinch a playoff spot and also what their remaining schedule is.

The Colts have to face the Texans twice before the season ends and would most likely face them a third time if the Colts make it out of the wildcard round, they just cant survive that.

Colts beat the Packers(the only team to beat the Texans)..... It's certainly a long shot, but they could pull it off.
