Their best album, "Greatest Hits, 1972-'75", still came out 35 yrs ago. While I'd like to think that wasn't "the old days", I guess (big sigh) it probably is.
Take it Easy is my favorite Eagles song.

I say the old days, but I was not that young then. Now one of my three tops from the Eagles, and I must say I think they got better every time and every year. I love it that Joe Walsh joined.
