Taurus 990, 991, 992

I'm considering a new Taurus 992 with two cylinders, one in .22 LR and the other in .22 Mag. I doubt if anyone has had a chance to shoot one yet, so was wondering if anyone has had experience with the Model 990 (.22 LR) or the 991 (.22 Mag).

I've given up finding an acceptable S&W 617. The 992 looks like a good shooter alternative with an extra caliber to boot.

Forget it. After all these years of looking, I found a 617 this morning at the gun show. Blind hog found an acorn.
