Yes. The brake tames it down considerably. I sent the barrel to EABCO for threading, they also sell the JP Howitzer muzzle brakes.
Recoil reduced but Noise increased
I wonder what caliber this ol' boy was shooting. 
Personally, I think it’s a set up for the video, BUT if it’s legit, it’s something I don’t want to try.

Recently began shooting episodes with a couple of 204 Ruger barrels and found accuracy to be almost unbelievable!
