The 40% Unicorn

I took a statistics class in college (back when calculators were coal-fired) and I notice that of the 2,568 households surveyed, no one is reporting on the 90.2% or 2,317 who either hung up on the surveyor or told him/her to go "F" his/her self.

I think I took that same class at the same time. First day the Instructor stated, "There are 3 kinds of lies ........ a white lie, a bold face lie, and statistics."
