It's pretty amazing that Trump and his family came from the business world where projects are planned, executed and completed with completion dates vs our government that plans, tries to execute, fails, retries, and years later gets a project going with so many regulations that the original bid has to be rebid and is exponentially higher than the original bid costing the taxpayers millions if not billions if not trillions.

You could have picked any person to represent the US during the talks since that person is only reading briefs and talking the talk.
