Any Motley Crue fans in da house? I gre up on the Crue. Still one of my favorite bands. Whenever I listen to them I'm reminded of my care-free, wild and crazy youth, where I was invincible, 10 feet tall and bulletproof. The world was my playground and nobody could stop me.

Anyways...I can hardly wait to see this. I haven't look forward to a movie in a long, long time. I hope it's not a let down. Anyways...enjoy! :drunk2:

It looks like it'll be pretty good. Shame it's releasing to Netflix instead of nationwide first.

My only Crue story... We were backstage in the media area at Rocklahoma 2011, Zakk Wylde was walking around talking it up and drinking everyone's beer. Super cool dude. All of a sudden, 'the Crue' rolled up in a fancy golf cart, stage dressed, and started to get out to give some interviews. All of a sudden, Zakk yells out in the most hilariously patronizing way "Don't forget to put on your mascara girls! Gotta look pretty for the rock show!"

Every single person just stopped what they were doing in awkward and just looked at the exchange. Nikki Sixx started to say something, but Zakk Wylde gave this 'well come on' shrug and took a few steps towards the. 'The Crue' promptly hopped back in their cart and stormed off. It was a good call. Zakk would have murdered them.

As the dust flew up down that short gravel track, Zakk turns around and just starts laughing.

Hands down my favorite concert moment of all time.

I believe that, Zakk's a big dude. Funny shite, though.

Graduated HS in 84. So the Crue was just starting to get played here. Been a fan of the music ,not the band, since I first heard the. I actually think that's the first metal/hairband I knew.

I use to see...basically run into Vince Neil a lot in Vegas. He use to have a tattoo shop on the strip and one late night/early morning he was in there with a tattoo artist...no customers...so wife and I went in and talked to him for a while.

***Then one time I played a trick on him***

Wife and I eat at THE Steakhouse(actual name) at the Circus Circus casino. We HATE & DETEST this crazy color theme and kidville place but the steakhouse is fantastic.

Sooooo, a few years ago we pull into the valet at CC casino and a black and silver Rolls Royce pulls up on my wife's side(passenger side). Of course the valet heads to the Rolls first. Out of the driver's seat comes Vince and from the other side a young girl and man...maybe in their mid 20's. I get out of the car and I tell my wife................WATCH THIS!!!

As I get out of the car I yell....look honey...it's Brett Michaels!!!! Vince turns around and in about a half second he is in my face yelling at me if I was the a** hole who called him that???!!!! He was yelling in my face...about an inch between faces....why the f*** would I call him Brett Michaels and that was a complete insult...with other adjectives shouted at me.

I stepped back about a foot and told him it was a JOKE and that I knew who he was and I was just F***ing with him. He regained his composure and smiled....said "good one"...and told me to never-ever call him that again.

As my wife and I were in the steakhouse we told I told the waiter about my joke. The waiter told me that I was lucky that Vince wasn't drunk and that he's a very mean drunk. Vince was there to lend his name and do a few commercials for a restaurant in the CC casino.

Here's the restaurant Vince loaned his name to.....he may own it by now....who knows.

The wife and I watched The Dirt last night on Netflix. Wow. I’m surprised those guys are still alive if that movie was accurate, which it’s probably close. It’s definitely not a kids movie or something I would not want to watch with my adult kids. It seemed like a narrated by the band documentary as the actors would talk directly to the camera throughout the movie. There was an lot of sex and drugs, which I expected, but there was a lot. It was kind of a shocker to see that lifestyle. I must have been very sheltered growing up.

Still love their music, but my perspective has hardened, but I am getting old. You know what they say. If it’s too loud, you’re too old. Well Motley Crue will never be too loud!
