My uncle works for ericson who runs sprints network, they will have lte in Tulsa and OKC by middle of 2013.

That's all well and good but signing a two year contract with Sprint without knowing the quality & coverage area of their upcoming 4G LTE seems to me like passing the AHCA so you can see what's in it.

The wife and I bought EVO 4G phones from Sprint 2 years ago with the promise of 4G within 6 months. Now they have totally abandoned the 4g for 4g lte and our phones are now junk (in terms of getting 4g). I wouldn't put a lot of faith in Sprint for promises. They wouldn't even let us break our contract without $120 fee. We had both been customers for many years and we have since switched to Verizon.

It's much easier to weasel out of the sprint contract than the AHCA
